Consent Declaration

• I hereby voluntarily give consent to GOLDFIN FINANCIAL SERVICES (PTY) LTD to process my personal information indefinitely to fulfil their contractual obligations, to achieve their business objectives, and for legal compliance purposes.
• I understand that, should I refuse to provide GOLDFIN FINANCIAL SERVICES (PTY) LTD with the required consent and/or information, the Dealership will be unable to assist me with any of the services requested by me.
• I understand my right to privacy and the right to have my personal information processed in accordance with the conditions for the lawful processing of personal information.
• I acknowledge that I understand the purposes for which my personal information is required and for which it will be used. My personal information will be used to enable GOLDFIN FINANCIAL SERVICES (PTY) LTD to render the required services to me.
• I declare that all my personal information supplied to the GOLDFIN FINANCIAL SERVICES (PTY) LTD for the purposes of rendering a service to me is accurate, up to date, not misleading and that it is complete in all respects.
• I understand further that all my personal information which I provide to GOLDFIN FINANCIAL SERVICES (PTY) LTD will be processed securely for the purpose for which it was collected.
• I/We understand that GOLDFIN FINANCIAL SERVICES (PTY) LTD are obligated to share customer information with the relevant new Service Providers in terms of its Service Agreement. GOLDFIN FINANCIAL SERVICES (PTY) LTD have Data Share Agreements in place with various partners under which they are obligated to comply with. These agreements specify all obligations of the parties and what Data Protection Laws are applicable to the country, to safeguard the information.
• I understand that I can request GOLDFIN FINANCIAL SERVICES (PTY) LTD to amend, delete and/or destruct my personal information at any time and that I may object to the processing of my personal information.
• I understand that third parties will have access to my personal information, and I hereby consent to GOLDFIN FINANCIAL SERVICES (PTY) LTD sharing my personal information strictly for reporting to the relevant authorities and to render the services requested by me.
• For your own information, have regard to GOLDFIN FINANCIAL SERVICES (PTY) LTD privacy notice, which specifically sets out how your personal information will be processed and what your rights are regarding your personal information.
• I Hereby consent to GOLDFIN FINANCIAL SERVICES (PTY) LTD accessing my credit profile from the credit bureaus for the purpose of a credit assessment and in the event that my loan application is successful, for ongoing account maintenance purposes, setting limits, development of credit tools/products/models and insurance purposes.
• I consent to the GOLDFIN FINANCIAL SERVICES (PTY) LTD carrying out identity and fraud prevention checks and sharing information relating to this application through the SA Fraud Prevention services. I hereby also confirm and grant permission to GOLDFIN FINANCIAL SERVICES (PTY) LTD to carry out bank account verification processes before entering into any agreement/s.
